We charge a $25.00 processing fee on all cancellations.

No, we do not rent to anyone under the age of 21.

Rates and prices provided are for up to two people - There is a $10.00 fee per person per night above two people (limited to no more than 6 people).

Reservations made within 48 hours of arrival require a one night stay deposit and will be charged at the time of booking. This is non-refundable.

Check in is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check out is at 11:00 a.m.

We provide one parking pass per room. Additional cars are $20.00 per day.

No. We do not allow pets.

We do not guarantee early check-ins. We are happy to provide you with a parking pass and access to the beach and our pools if you arrive prior to our standard check-in time of 3pm.
